Located only 25 kilometres away from Sydney CBD, Baden-Powell Activity Centre is open to school groups of all ages and sizes for activities and camps.
Our Outdoor Education program gives children a safe environment to experience new adventures, solve problems, cope with new situations and environments and build confidence to form friendships. Complete with adventurous activities, traditional camping and bunk style accommodation and great catering options, we’ll work closely with you to tailor your program to your school’s curriculum needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Activities
Our activities are run by trained instructors who can work with you to tailor adventure activity sessions to stimulate learning and growth and meet your learning objectives. Our staff facilitate discussion to help students assess and understand what they have learnt and the impact it has on their own behaviours. The activities we provide are ideal for whole year groups or single classes.
Accommodation
Choose from setting up camp the traditional way – pitching a tent on our camping grounds – or opt for your students to retreat to bunk rooms with adjoining shower and toilet facilities.
Catering
Your school may choose to make your own meals in our fully equipped self-catered kitchen, or enjoy delicious food prepared by our onsite chefs.
Meeting Spaces
With options to seat up to 40 people in John Hill Training Centre to 280 people in our Lyon Barton Hall, there are spaces for your school group to meet and do indoor education activities.
